So I’ve neglected my tumblr for a good while now i’ve just haven’t had the time but now that ive gotten a good group of ladies that I love to work with and share the same interests as me ex:makeup,hair,fashion and the fact that I love putting videos together as well as photography I’m going to start trying to blog, vlogs do some lookbooks and even some tutorials and this is where my friends come in so everyone isn’t just always staring at my mug but hopefully here soon I’ll be sharing some links and information with everyone and I hope everyone likes and enjoys whats coming
Backstory: My best friend kassie and I met in cosmo school and one day thought up HEY! wouldn’t it be great to share some of the tips and tricks that we’ve learned and picked up from school? EASY HEALTHY VEGAN CHICKPEA AND CARROT TUNA SALAD RECIPE - PERFECT PACKED LUNCH
This is the easiest recipe ever and absolutely delicious. The hardest part is getting hold of vegan mayonnaise. All you need is:
- 2 carrots
- 1 can of chickpeas
- 2 tbsp of vegan mayonnaise
Throw the carrots and chickpeas into the food blender and blend until you have small chunks, resembling the texture of tuna. Add two big dollops of vegan mayonnaise and salt, pepper and lemon juice to taste. And that’s it.
I love having this on wholegrain bread with spinach or slices of cucumbers. Perfect for a packed lunch. Enjoy!
